If you’ve already signed up to sell your car and have any questions about profiling your vehicle, you can email our Customer Service Team at sellmycar@motorway.co.uk or call us on 0203 988 2266. Please include your name and car’s reg in all emails.

Sales support

If your car has been sold in our daily online sale and you need help with collection or payment, please call our Sales Support Team on 0203 988 3388 or email salesssupport@motorway.co.uk.

We aim to get back to all customer queries within 24 hours on weekdays, and within 1-3 days at weekends, however it may take longer at busier times. Our office hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-6.30pm and 9am-5pm on Saturdays (outside of public holidays).
