Subject to these Terms and Conditions, all persons who complete the sale of their car via Motorway will be automatically entered into a prize draw. For details about how we use your personal data for this purpose, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

How do I enter? If you’ve sold your car through www.motorway.co.uk between 12:01 am on 20th May 2025 and 11:59 pm on 30th June 2025, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw. We’ll send you an email to confirm your entry.

What can I win? 1 of 5 prizes of £1,000 

How are winners chosen? The 5 winners will be selected randomly (using a randomisation tool) from all eligible entries received.

When will I find out if I’ve won or not? The 5 winners will be announced and notified by email on or after 15th July 2025. In the event that the winner fails to respond to the Promoter to confirm their acceptance of the prize within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

How will winners receive their prize? Each prize will be sent via an online bank transfer or email. In order to receive the £1,000 prize, each winner is required to provide the Promoter with their bank details within 72 hours.

Restrictions. You must have sold your car through www.motorway.co.uk during the entry window noted above. You must be located in the UK. You must not be an employee of Motorway Online Ltd. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and must have access to email. Entrants are limited to one entry only. Prizes will only be sent to UK bank accounts and no payments will be made in cash. If you do not have a UK bank account, we will not be able to provide you with a prize.

Prizes are not exchangeable for other goods or services.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, incorrect bank details submitted by you relating to the prize.

The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entry to the prize draw is free. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw and / or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will give you notice via email if we do so. By continuing to take part in the prize draw subsequent to any revision of these Terms and Conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid by a court of law or similar, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
